Uloth quest?

i'm hoping someone here can help me. i have a half-orc TR that is level 60. my Husband also has a half-orc TR that is level 60. i was able to pick up a quest from Uloth that appears to be half-orc specific. However, my Husband cannot pick up this quest. Could someone point me to a guide or something that lets is know the quest chain that is required to unlock that quest giver? We would like to do the quest together (and have it count for both of us!), but can't seem to find the step He is missing in the chain leading up to Uloth. Obviously, He missed some previous half-orc quest that was necessary.

    One of them is in the chasm. It is in the area you teleport to with the portals. I do not remember where the first one is though.
