    I'd say it's very good for leveling, but shines once you get all gear/feats/spells in place.

    Yup, you will be taking all essential leveling tools as well as end-game.

    This build in end game is rediculusly good. I lvled my cw 2 days ago and bought the archmage set and spam my encounters like a pro :) get a stone and put armpen in there... I didnt stack crit as eots proc often enough with lowered cool down from set bonus. Sitting at 31xx rec 2200 armpen (when stone finished lvling) and decent eegen and life steal + 1400 def and deflect (after 2 boons). The dps output is just unreal with this build. :)
