Determination will not slot!

I went on the preview server and tested out GWF builds. When I was happy I went back to the live server and changed my build.
To my horror I realised that Determination didn't go into the tab slot.
I checked my options, keybinds to make sure the special power are located in tab.
So my GWF is almost useless atm.
Did anyone else have this problem and how did you solve it?
