heavy inferno/heavy mystic problem

ok so I had 3 heavy mystics (2 un used and 1 bound) I went to trade 1 for a heavy inferno from the mount guy and it traded all 3 heavy mystics for heavy infernos (i now have 3 heavy infernos in my bag)

Im not sure why it would convert even my bound one too but thats not what I want - I want my 2 heavy mystics and 1 heavy inferno -

    im sure you have records to show I got 3 from the boxes, here is me on the one that was bound to me - and even it got converted to heavy inferno screenshot_2013-08-15-20-59-08_zps0be07f20.jpg

    I still have not gotten an answer to this - I still have the 3 inferno's in my bag and Id like 2 of my mystics back - 1 of which was bound and shouldnt not have switched over regardless. Can someone PLEASE help me with this?
