Every new piece of equipment for the cleric has armor penetration on it, what kind ofbad joke is that?
And people wonder why their clerics don't do decent DPS...
You can hit the caps on Recovery and Crit with nothing but enchants and an Ioun Stone or Cat. Armor Pen is great.

At around 1000 stat points in recovery, you will receive 1% faster recovery rate on your encounter powers for every 100 stat point on your gear. At just under 3000 stat points, you will need 200 points to receive 1% faster recovery rate.
At around 1000 stat points, you will receive 1% of chance to critical hit and heal for every 125 stat points of crit you have on your gear. At 2500 stat points, you will need 250 crit stat to receive an additional 1% chance to critically hit/heal.
I can provide several links to various threads and forums if you wish, as clearly you are in dire need of education about hard and soft caps and diminishing returns for various stats.
This set is great for a cleric. I will definitely use it, as soon as they fix the Astral shield and miracle healer's bug. Extra recovery is wasted, armor pen isn't. I'm using linked spirit, people should enjoy more dps, since most characters are already capped in recovery. It's like the gauntlgrym set, it's good but you have to know what you're doing, how stats work in this game, and you'll see how good this set is. It has the best stats in the module, no other class got such a good set, by far. Any dps class would be extremely happy to have these stats, and clerics using this set lose nothing but wasted recovery.

uuhh he's 100% correct and the link you quoted prove that so.
Perhaps you need to learn the definition of hard cap.
Theres no hard cap, nor really technically a soft cap either.
The only stat that technically has a soft cap is actually armor pen (24% for pve, higher works in pvp tho).
Diminishing returns, yep. Different thing.
But yea armor pen is not a useful stat for a cleric that's focused on healing, as it has no effect on healing. Linked spirit sure, but it will be a pretty meager buff and most of the better players worth buffing are the ones who will be at the armor pen softcap.
Oddly all of the other classes new sets just 100% match their CN counter parts.
Wish they put some more armor pen on the GF set. It's a pretty boring upgrade as it is.

Also im not a dps cleric, because going dps feats and encounter would make both castles pretty **** hard with only astral shield as heal.
Are you even a cleric, doesnt seem to me that you know what you are talking about.
Ummmm..yes there is for EVERY Class, it's around 3k-3.2k for Crit/Recovery. DR will kick in pretty hard.
Just... wow. Are we playing the same game?
