Bug - Acount Verification Fail Since joining preview

Every time i log on it takes me 20 minutes to login because i get a Account Verification Fail every time now. finally lets me in after 20 min, but with the game now crashing so much i spend more time trying to login than i do playing. I have been having this problem ever since i updated to the test shard and copied my character. Please help how do i solve this??
