How do i exit a foundry quest?

Started one that i hadnt seen takes an hour to complete and want to back out because im on limited time but the author hasnt provided away so how do i get out please?

    Should be a button beside the small circle mini map, in top corner, that you can use to exit.

    in my case, after getting stuck behind a wall which got knocked behind. the leave map button
