a leaky proposition quest bug need help

well i was making some quest with an alt (a tiefling cw) on blackdagger ruins but when i try to click the boats( at the shinny stuff) no message pop up or something like there was nothing to do on the boat i tried at many times and reset my pc without results is there a way to fix this?

pd: sorry for my bad english im trying to describe the problem as i can

    It's not just you; other people have had the same thing happen and can't complete the quest. I don't know how to fix it, and unfortunately I don't have a character with the quest right now to check it and try to figure out if there's anything to be done. We'll probably need one of the devs to fix it before it will work again. Someone posted about it in the bug report forum already, so hopefully they know about it now.
