want small high end guild (dragon)

Best in slot TR (pre M1) - Have CW, GWF and DC alts
All content cleared (pre M1) - Dungeon for M1 unlocking now (8/23)
32 years old - been playing MMOs since UO ak 1997
Multiple world first kills in EQ and server firsts in WOW
Took a break for about a month and my old guild dissolved to other games

What Im looking for:
end game guild that is ~30 active players.
I don't like these giant 200+ people guilds because they are no different than basically shouting in town for players.
Good players but have a sense of humor about stuff
Pacific Timezone although I work from home so frequently on during daytime on weekdays

We do a lot together as a Guild, we've been playing together for years so we know each other well. Our players are experienced and friendly. We take quality over quantity, huge Guilds are just too hard to maintain, we take players as persons and not numbers.
