After patch, you are getting hit with the knock-back even though you are well outside the red circle.
Even the breath deals damage when you are behind it.
Please fix your **** Cryptic. Majority of the mobs in the dungeons were ninja buffed. The least you could do is make them working as intended.

I completely agree with the thread! Yesterdays experience in Castle Never shows, that Dracolichs attack has much more range of the Circle as it was intended (or as it is drawn with red circle). It could possibly have 2 issues:
1) The Dracolichs' attack now has wider range in compare with prepatch attack, but red circle was not widen to stack with new attack range.
2) The attack range is bugged and is to be fixed.
Second thing, that I wanted to tell here, is that Dracolich now has some hidden attack that kills with one shot, and players are not being warned with red circle about the attack that is going to hit-kill you, even under effect of Astral Shield or Valor. This makes Dracolich fight absolutely unpredictable and does not depend on the skill or GS of the group, but makes it a Run of the Luck or whatever but not skill!
Third thing I want to talk about are some other things been remade concerning Dracolichs' fighting system.
First of all, adds are now jumping like rabbits, so you have to be sure to throw them far enough to the roof, but not the platform behind the fencing of the pit.
After that, Dracolichs' "hands" that appears after some damage been made to him are now appearing almost in unpredictible way, so you have to be aware every second and keep your "Shift" evasion for surprise situations. It hits hard and sometimes one by one without any way to evade this "row" of hand attacks.
Also there are much more things to say, but I'm not sure that even those words above will be read by somehow who really needs it.
