So I've got both of my Hero and Guardian companions at level 30 and there are no passive power I've noticed. Is the Panther and Dire wolf not eligible for this level 30 bonus passive power?

They already had it because they were already purple companions. It is the 3rd power on their list. It was added to non-purples, because they didn't have it before due to not being able to reach rank 30.

Ohh I must of gotten confused with the wording then, because Passive denotes not active ability and most companions have an Active ability at level 30. With the wording I was under the impression that all non augment companions would also receive ONE augment passive in addition to their active effects. HAMSTER poor wording if you ask me.

I don't know of a single companion that gains an active ability at rank 30. All of them gain a passive ability that usually augments their active abilities to make them better. If it doesn't augment their active abilities, it just gives them a buff of some sort. Like for example, Dire Wolves now knock enemy prone if they have combat advantage.
