Guild Bank

I have been experiencing issues with the guild bank over the last couple of days. When going to bank all tabs would show locked but log in out and back in would fix issues. I thought it was me because maybe i have wrong permissions on the tabs or something but now members are reporting to me that they cannot get into bank. Please put this on the list because i think its a bug.
