Latency after patch

I was really excited to see the new stuff. I get to play it but m lagging as hell. Open zone is a little ok but fungeons, totally devastating rubber banding. Can't do no dungeon now :(. I wanna play the game man. I have all updated graphics drivers, Gtx 650 Ti Boost, intel 2500k still lagging and crashijng. Even tried decreasing graphics to lowest, no change. Checked my conncetion speed, is 1.2 mbps bandwidth and 130kbps download rate. Any of u guys facing something like that?

    I'm having the same issue. And it isn't just dungeons, it's everywhere. I've been running through a stack of 100 potions every 1-2 hours because of the lag issues, and I can't keep up with that kind of cost. Barely 1/3 of a bar from 60, and I can't get to that point because I die every 10 minutes or less. I hope this gets fixed, because I've tried different internet connections and have run two separate full virus scans, and it isn't fixing anything.

    Never had isues with the game crash or anything but today (24.08.2013.) well after pach it crashed 31 time in one day.

    Im having a terrible time trying to load into the character selection screen, it takes so long I almost always think the game has crashed.
