I have found with some friend more than 10 barkshield enchantment and they are all bound but the other new enchantment, for example terror, are tradable.
Is it right?

yes i just noticed this as well. shard of barkshield enchantments seems to be bound to my character. can someone confirm if this is intended? if it is changed, will that change existing shards?

The Shards of Barkshield are bound. Fuse'm and then you can trade'm

That issue was fixed at some point. Newly acquired ones are unbound.

Bound and unbound stack together. Try separating a stack to separate bound & unbound.

I think some shards are still bound, and these are the ones which come from master of the hunt-skirmish reward chest. The ones which are not bound come from malabog's castle.
