Missing Adventurers

So after this latest patch, I claimed some Leadership task rewards. Started some new ones. I have 8 active Leadership tasks. Yet the game is telling me I only have 2 Adventurers now and they are both in use. I'm afraid of what will happen when these tasks finish. Am I going to lose 6 adventurers?
