type of player (not class) most nerfed

people that did careful research and formed an organized syndicate devoted to making the most powerful build. I admit that maybe whoever compared and thought this though so carefully SHOULD win. I on the other hand just made a char. I picked powers I thought sounded cool/fun. I find you didn't nerf too many of mine.

    There's no need to nerf the players that nerf themselves by choosing the class powers/builds that are not the most effective.
