Feywild Pack items question

The Feywild Pack comes with Stoneweave and Loamweaver. I'm sure I read early on that these items are transferable from item to item at no AD cost. Can anyone confirm this is true as I dont want to bind these and get stuck with them on an object I'm not sure is going to be around long?

    If you sell or destroy the loamweave or an item that is attached to it, you can claim another one.

    It doesn't however come with an item called stoneweave. The closest is Stone of Earth, but it is not worth transmuting it because the visual effect of it floating effect doesn't transfer when you transmute it to another item.
