Finding Honor (Entering Ruined Tunnels) crash

Ok I made my new Drow Rogue and got him to Level 5. Am up to Finding Honor quest from Knox. Which I have to enter the Ruined Tunnels. Every time I try to enter the tunnels I crash to desktop. I made a new character again and same...I join a party to test it out and crash again. I can't advance at all unless I finish this quest. This is not fun at all. Am trying to enjoy my new character and am stuck. Anyone encountering this at all?
