This problem occurred after the latest update. The skin tone of both my Menzeberanzan Renegade (spelling?) characters has changed from black to a brownish-purple color. If anyone could post a solution here, it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry this post is rather short. I'm just not sure if any other details are needed. If any more is needed, please let me know.

Thank you for reading, and good fortune to you in your current and future endeavors.

You might have a little luck with what we've discussed in this thread: http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?457431-Does-it-look-less-sparkly-to-anyone-else&p=5744731&viewfull=1#post5744731

It's not related to drow specifically, but we've noticed graphics weirdness and I figured out which settings to poke to fix them. Low shader detail messes up colors as well as actual detail, so I think that might help you out.

Set your "Effects" setting in graphical options to medium or above. It's a shader thing, and some settings were automatically changed in the patch.

Thank you! After reading that post, I noticed my Max Shader Quality setting under Video/Performance was set to Min. Setting this to Max fixed it for me. (I didn't test this on lower settings.)

By that, do you mean the Max Shader Quality setting?
