No AP Gain HoF

Well I was playing PvP with my DC few min ago (after the Feywild patch) and I notice that Hammer of Fate doesn't give the AP when you kill someone with it.

    i have noticed the same problem, but want to see forum if this is only a my personal problem or a bug. vs npc still works but in pvp after a kill i see the AP bar total empty. (the nerf is very strong and the bug is simply comic)
