I bought the knight of the feywild pack last week. and ive just logged in.... no extra character slot no moon elf class ?...wheres the things i paid 60$ for last week?
i thought there might be something wrong last weekend when i hadnt got my feywild avatar.and a mod sent the problem off to be looked at [tumbleweed so far on that]...so whats happened ??

I've got the same problem. Purchase history shows I bought it, but I don't see any of the items in game...
good to see im not the only one then.. no disrespect to you of course !!:)

My husband and I didn't receive our 59.99 packs either. We ordered a couple of weeks ago. Nothing in game to be found. People say it's supposed to be in your game mailbox but there's nothing there.
I sent in a Customer Service request for both our accounts. Hopefully they will figure it out soon.
It is another well known problem that many players that bought the pack discovered playing on the pts. The only way it is to send a ticket, they solved my issue that way
My wife is in the same boat sadly, no pack although history shows its purchase. Was hoping to hear there was a more expedited method for solving the issue besides submit a ticket and wait.

Good freaking god. Can't even make basic things work, and after having no problems what so ever with my Hero of the North pack.

Moon Elf Should be an option under the Feywild Elves slot and the Astral Diamonds can be redeemed from within the Zen Exchange (look for the glowing icon at the top of the screen)
If they are not able to claimed from their appropriate locations I am afraid you will have to contact support.
I am sorry but forum personnel can't assist players passed directing you where to claim the in game items/services.
It's still a problem. I decided to buy it a few days ago, didn't get it, contacted support and they just brushed me off with instructions about the claims reward agent. Which I had already checked. And waited a day to see if it would appear before opening the support ticket in the first place.
Still nothing. And support is ignoring me. lol

Unfortunately my answer really has not changed. Forum personnel can not resolve any issue with billing or sales.
If support only gave instructions regarding how to claim the items and they are not available please respond to the ticket and inform them that it did not resolve the matter. I am sorry but we can not resolve those issues if we wanted to.
Closing this thread down for necromancy as well as being a more or less dead end topic. The only reason I leave threads like this open is to see if people respond with questions regarding how to contact support.
