i'm pretty sure the change in deflection severity from 75% to 25% was purely to "make things more clear" and doesn't change what TR deflection does. or am i missing the point of the piture?
I've been taking far more damage than normal since last patch and is the reason I am here just now.
It's says my deflect severity is 25% in live game and I just got 1 hit twice in a row at Karrundax. I can barely kill anything without dying after a few shots.

This is a documented change in the description. Deflection severity has not been affected, only the tooltip has changed. It's not "ninja" at all, although you've clearly demonstrated that the only people confused about this are the ones who didn't bother to read the patch notes.
It's supposed to be more clear this way, tho frankly all it's really doing is putting people up in arms.
