i'm not upset regarding most of these DC changes...after reading over some of the other classes..it looks like alot of classes are being nerfed in one way or another.
what i do have a HUGE problem with is the way these "last minute" nerfs to the DC were introduced...6 days prior to feywilds launch.
that is not enough time for the DC community to test and put up suggestions on the preview server..
the same could be said with the cw and gwf changes as well..
why did you initially bring up only the TR changes a good 5 weeks ago and leave the other classes out of the loop up until now?.
the tr community had a good enough time to test the nerfhammer and suggest,cry,complain..and you guys made a good ammount of back tracks to their "nerfs"
if you would have rolled out all the class changes around the same time you initially brought up the TR changes then i or i'm sure the rest of the community wouldn't be as annoyed with you guys.
ALSO one last thing....can you guys PLEASE work on your tool tips?..so many are so misleading....for example...
TEMPLARS DOMAIN.. i've spent so much respecs testing this heroic feat out...nowhere in the tooltip does it say it has an internal cooldown of 5 minutes..which from my parses seems to be about right..it procs around every 5 minutes....and i'm sure other classes have similar feats that dont mention these things.
INITIATE OF THE FAITH..assuming a DC has 5k power.....this heroic feated 5/5 would grant you 50 crit.
can we make some of these heroics actually essential?...50 crit return for 5 points spent on a feat is horrible guys...come on! i can save the 5 points and get that crit return from a rank 2-3 azure
if these 2 heroic feats could be worked on somehow..maybe a dps cleric could actually be a bit more viable then in current state....as it is..my main..a healing DC is bored out of his mind.... ;-}

The only nerf I know about is to Hammer of Fate and honestly if your in a group using that your a fail cleric.
lets go into detail about this for you
Devoted Cleric
Chains of Blazing Light: The chain no longer sometimes activates in a much larger area than intended. (This was clearly a bug and not a nerf as it only happened sometimes.)
Hammer of Fate: This power dealt far too much damage overall, so it's gained a new feature and had its damage reduced. (Well now this could be considered a nerf)
If the power deals a killing blow, the player will now regain 15% of maximum AP (at max rank). However, the power's overall damage has been reduced by 40%. (I would consider this a buff/nerf in one but to each there own it's not that big of a deal to me I never use this daily Flame Strike is much better for soloing and if you think that is a good daily in a dungeon please play another class)
Sun Burst: When hitting both enemies and other allies at the same time, the player now gains 25% more Action Points from this power. (Oh so now we gain 25% more AP from this but that's a nerf?)
However, this power no longer incorrectly multiplies the intended Action Point gain per cast by the number of enemy targets affected. (Again miss calculations are not a nerf it is technically exploiting if you knew this was calculating improperly but I assume you did not know)
Punishing Light (Divine): The cost to maintain this power has been reduced by 20%. (Reduced cost to use but I guess to you this is also a nerf?)
Soothing Light (Divine): This power now heals for up to 20% more, based on the target's missing health. (20% MORE heals from this (not that i use it) But I guess this is also a nerf to you not a buff)
Astral Shield (Divine): Healing is now properly considered to come from an Encounter power. (So now this will Critical Strike Properly from it's Heal over Time ability But I guess that's a Nerf?)
Flame Strike: Damage is now properly considered to come from a Daily power. (So How is this a nerf the Damage is now proper?)
Feat: Cycle of Change: This feat no longer counts as an At-will power for the purpose of triggering effects. (Not exactly sure how this is a nerf either)
Feat: Healing Step: This feat no longer counts as an Encounter power for the purpose of triggering effects. (Not exactly sure how this is a nerf either)
Feat: Sovereign Justice: This feat no longer counts as an Encounter power for the purpose of triggering effects. (Not exactly sure how this is a nerf either)
So all in all the only thing that got a so called NERF to the damage/healing it did (which I know it doesn't do any healing was an ability you might use in PVE(solo) or PVP..) which I didn't even use anyways as it was garbage to begin with was Hammer of Fate.
I main a Cleric myself and am EXTREMELY happy with these changes ESPECIALLY since I'm a Critical Build. Just to give you an example
Depending on the Boss I'll usually use Bastion of health but I'll switch it out for Healing Ward here and there...

if you read my post you would see that i wasnt even complaining about pve "healing" being nerfed...to be quite honest the healing in this game in it's current state is a complete bore..and i have no qualms with the changes..my post was mainly complaining about how they waited for 6-7 days before feywild launch to "force" these changes on the DC'S and cw's/gwf's instead of giving us ample time for testing and feedback...they gave the TR's a good 5 weeks to give feedback.
my second part of my post was questioning their tact in their tooltip descriptions..and this is class wide..all classes have very misleading tooltips.
thanks for the read...as i expected though...no dev reply.
