GWF Disciple of War Feat - not working with Avatar of War set bonus

The additional recovery granted from the Avatar of War set is not converting into armor pen. I have full stacks of onslaught and I can see my recovery is increased. My armor pen is remaining the same the entire time.

I should gain 337.5 armor pen from the 1350 recovery... right?

    it doesn't work with buffs, so it was stated some where on the forums.
