Bug in the Help Window

Hi I found a bug in the Help window. Where I asked for help. Then was told I didnt qualify for help. The reason is because that you dont replace items, that have been lost / destoryed / sold or even placed on the wrong character. I know this is a very serious bug. It has effected gameplay largely for me. Find a game that has this kind of bug, saddens me. Its a very good game. I am sure this might have just been over looked. Good Luck.
