AD to zen and..... no listing?

For the first time I tried the exchange. Planted a conservative amount to see what would happen and got confirmation of (at least) one buy.
But this morning all is gone. Listings states I never did anything. 30k AD is gone and the Zen I thought I purchased are not there either.

Is it me or is this a glitch?

    Put a ticket immediately.

    did you look at the withdraw area at the bottom of the exchange? If your stuff sold, it goes there, and you have to withdraw it. You should have a historical listing but no active listing in that case.

    If not put in a ticket asap.
