Is there a way to pay for USD conversion in UK?

I am from UK area so when I click to buy stuff it'll convert stuff from Euro's but Euro conversion rate is bit higher than USD so wondering if there is a way to pay to the USD rate rather than Euro!

Sounds like a local tariff issue -- VAT or whatever.

The euro conversion has VAT added to it, and PWE like all companies are required to collect it
