Picking up deleted quests

I deleted two quests from my journal that had to do with the Pirate Skyhold. I was at the Skull fortress area and it was just a little too difficult for me. I went to play some foundry quests for a bit and ended up deleting the next two quests I had waiting for me in the Pirate Skyhold. I figured I would go back and complete the zone, but I cannot find any way to start ANY quests there now.

If I go back to Knox, he only has 2 for me. Guantylgrym and Underdark. Any help?

    Have you spoken to the NPC's in the zone who grant the quests? If they won't give you the quests, have a friend who has them current share them with you.
