My Guardian Fighter Disappears after each death. HELP!

Sending tickets is useless, like throwing sealed massages into the ocean. No customer service at all, no idea how PWE, or anyone else hosted this game with such slow non-existent customer support.
Anyway, In my, yet another, desperate attempt to get help, I ask you kindly to fix the following issues that I'm having:
- My GF disappears every time I die, the only way to make him reappear is by riding a horse or re-logging. That's a null chance for me to do any PvE dungeon. been like that 2 weeks, no help. (nobody would be able to see me when it happens)
- When I want to transmute any piece of my gear, all I can see in the preview is my toon hovering in the air without shield or weapon, no matter what piece of gear I'm trying to transmute. So, I actually have to transmute multiple times to test the best looks, instead of just previewing.
- few skeletal dogs disappeared from my bank a while back, I submitted a ticket, and after a long wait I get a response with useless information that got nothing to do with the issue. Guessing you guys use an automated response for a customer support or something? even though, I decided that i dont want them back no more, with the upper issues arising, I'm asking for the items to be refunded. I actually would appreciate it if you refund me for all the time wasted because of game errors.
If a GM or someone from support wants to reply to this, please make it useful this time.

If you send more then one ticket for the same issue your ticket will be put back at the end of the line.
on normal days a ticket will take up to 5 workdays to be looked at.

I have not experienced any ting like that, but you've checked that you use recent versions of videocard, network, sound etc. drivers
Did you play with the ingame video settings. (there are reports that the automatic settings aren't the best for certain hardware)

It is not a fault of my settings or hardware. when my toon disappears, other players cant see me either. so it is probably something wrong with the game itself. also, many other people complained of the same thing, I even played with/against other people who obviously had same issue.

they still can see my name though

I've run dungeons with galilson before and his toon turns invisible about every other run we do. No one in the party can see him and it rarely fixes itself in the instance.

Have you tried unequipping and re-equipping your armor to see if it makes your GF reappear? Doesn't really address the issue, I know, but it should force the game to redraw your character for the appearance change, so I would hope that would make him reappear.
