[NW] Chest won't open in Epic Cloak Tower Dungeon.

We just finished the Epic Cloak Tower dungeon, I picked up all the crystals and the plants...when I placed them on the table the chest still didn't open. D: what went wrong? bug?

PS: Only one red crystal appeared on the table but I had all 3. When the red crystal appeared on the table, I looked in my bag but 2 crystals were not there.

    Both of these chests have been broken for weeks now, I guess it's not that high on the priority list to fix them.
