Again Tab Not Working..

Well, people are so tired of reporting this issue and so do I. The Tab powers stop triggering in the midlle of a pvp (sometimes in pve), and it happens with all the classes (except clerics). Frequently, (almost every match) it happens with GWF, and it seems it is not getting fixed in this path. Can you guys do something please?
