Since you've seen fit to remove any hope of the Cleric being able to get kills in PvP (Hammer and Sunburst AP nerfs)...
How about you re-design how a Cleric is scored in PVP then?
We won't be able to kill anyone so we need to gain score on the score chart through healing.
Healing done to ourselves shouldn't gain any points.
However, we should gain points based on healing done to our team's players. Something like taking whatever our current HP amount is on our Cleric toon we're playing, and once we've healed that amount we gain score points for it. 50 or 100 points for every time we heal this amount would be a good start to test Cleric scoring.
As it is, the changes you've proposed for the 22nd, a Cleric will have little to no hope of gaining top score unless they completely ignore their team and just cap flags.
You want us to be a useless slot in PVP by being only flag runners and avoiding every enemy player that gets on our screen? Start capping a flag, see an enemy, give up and ride away cause you aint healing yourself or killing them or surviving as it stands to be on the 22nd.
At least if we're scored differently it'd be an incentive to PVP and to heal our team in PVP. Otherwise what's the point to PVP if we can never get a blue gear piece and never get score and never get a kill?
I think with the changes clerics should generate points in PvP for their team every time they are killed.
this made me laugh.
Seriously though the HoF nerf is silly as you rarely get all 3 hits in PvP In PvE it can save someone who just took spike damage, especially if you can kill it (also it procs repurpose soul so if you crit you heal that party member that just took damage). Didn't notice much change on sunburst when tested on preview.
