Slow Motion

Hey so I just logged in today to find the everything in the game is running in slow motion, everything from sound effects to character movement as well as mobs, players appear to move in slow motion but then they teleport after a while, any idea on how to fix this??

    Nvm guys, restarting the pc seem to have fix the error caused by the patch.

    Happens on and off, got me kicked from a team once.

    Confirmed. This is still happening. Thankfully, the way to fix it has already been found.

    So what is the fix, I haven't been able to resolve it.
