Have "Recommended/Not-Recommended" as a party loot option

I recommend adding in a party loot option called "Recommended/Not-Recommended" that is similar to Need/Greed but instead has two buttons labeled Recommended and Not Recommended. If the item in question is equipment that is marked as Recommended for the character viewing it then they would be able to click the Recommended button to roll on the item, much like in Need/Greed a player can click Need to roll on an item. However if the item isn't labeled Recommended by the game then the Recommended button would be greyed out and the player's options would be either Not Recommended or Pass. Obviously players who select Recommended would trump players who don't on rolling for that item.

The reason I suggest adding the Recommended/Not-Recommended loot option is that the Need/Greed system is basically completely useless because in literally every single party I've played in some or all of the players always roll Need on every possible item they can regardless of whether they actually "need" the item. Even players who already have all purple raid gear are rolling Need on "bind on pickup" blue and purple items that they clearly won't wear, can't trade or auction off, and will simply discard or sell to an NPC for a few silver.

So since Neverwinter has what I consider to be a fairly good system on Recommending items for players, why not incorporate that into the party loot rolls? That way when an item comes up that is actually an upgrade for a given character the game will have a system in place to automatically give that character preference over other characters who already have better gear in that slot?

The R/NR system would presumably automatically have NR/Pass as the only options for enchantments and profession items, etc, which are never Recommended equipment. That's fine since it's no worse than the Need/Greed system where everybody already rolls Need on those items every time anyway.

Anyway if I had to make one suggestion to the game interface right now to improve a pet peeve this would be it. My two cents, thanks!
