Gateway constantly greys out Start Task

The gateway after patch .16 has been constantly disabling the Start Task button even though all the assets and resources are available.
It's really really annoying to have to switch to another task just to unlock the one that was purposely locked even though the assets are resources are available.
It happened before the .16 patch but after this patch it's been occurring 90% more frequently.
I shouldn't have to go to another task constantly to have the Start Task button enabled for another Task.
