Oppressor in PvP

I was looking through the talent tree and Oppressor seems to have a lot of great stuff for PvP. Severe reaction, brisk transport, glacial movement, and the capstone all seem to have some unique utility that sounds pretty good for PvP. Just wondering if anyone who's tried it can shed any light on this? I imagine I wouldn't lose much damage from thaum as I don't use CoI or chilling wind in PvP. Thanks in advance for the info!

I tried out Severe Reaction on Mimic and I wasn't wholly enthused about it.

I was leveling in Ebon Downs, with all those zombies and wights, and it didn't seem to trigger very significantly, nor do a whole lot that seemed very noticeable to me. Note, however, that Severe Reaction triggers 'when you should be hit' - so if you happen to be doing your dodge-teleport at the time, you'll take no damage but still have the benefits.

Maybe it adds up to something more impressive with all the other feats you named on top of that? I suppose the sum of those could make a Control Wizard much more slippery, and able to stave off pursuit longer in PvP - perhaps enough time for that crucial next spell to be ready to use.
