anyone know what this savage skull of the many arrows, level one intended for transmutation does? won it in the skirmish
It is a replacement model for the CW orb. It's a giant floating skull w/ some weapon bits sticking out. It is intended to be used to transmute the appearance of a higher level CW orb into its appearance.

And beware you'll lose whatever the enchantment visual effect on your original item once transmuted.
Has it been fixed or does it still lie on its side when not in use and turn upside down when being used?
If it's cosmetic, I highly doubt cryptics will bother. Time spent to make money with the zen market and not for fixing.....

Oh, and it costs around 60,000 ADs to transmute an item's appearance at level 60.
