System Crash - Video

I've been seeing an issue where the video dies, as well as USB input devices (G19 Keyboard, Mouse), but sound continues (playing background music full track, no distortion or stuck sound).

My LCD display goes to sleep and the only way to move forward is to hard power down. Windows reports this as the video driver stops responding and windows recovers. Most of what I have found says this is due to video cards overheating. That is simply not possible though. I've gone 12 hours playing Skyrim at Ultra and high settings without appreciable errors, as well as Diablo 3, and numerous other more graphically intense games. I've had faults on the ECC ram before I've ever experienced any type of graphics issues.

I run two Nvidia GTX 550 Ti cards using GeForce experience optimal settings on Beta 326.41 drivers, though it took longer, I've used default settings and still replicated the issue. The system has dual Xeon 5450 CPUs and 32gb RAM, so my resources are fine. The OS is Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. I need to resolve this issue in some fashion because I am tired of rebuilding the array after every hard power off. The PERC 6/i RAID controller takes hours to resync the 2.4tb array.

Another funny thing is that it only seems to happen between 11PM and 1AM, but that can just be my gaming habits.

Edit to issue: I'm sorry, perhaps this should go in technical support. Forgive me >_<'
