The transmute on Call to Arms says 19-22 dmg, does it actually add dmg to the weapon on transmutation?

I been wondering the same thing. Hope not, cause I deleted 3 and it cost over 60000 ad to transmute

It appears the items change appearance like any normal item, i.e. you pay a large amount of AD for the privilege. This seems a bit of a feeble reward. i don't really want to spend 60k to make my weapon look like a level1 item. If it had been a free transmutation I think it might have been a fun idea, or (as I'd imagined) if it had been an item that allowed you one free transmutation of your choice, that would have been great. But providing us with an item they think we'll want to spend money to switch appearances with seems very lacklustre as a major reward that drops rarely.

Also, enough with the dyes. Would a little variety have killed you?

These are level 1 items, so they do have stats. Their intent, however, is to be used to transmute the appearance of your current item - that is, you only want them for their unique weapon models, which you can apply to your existing weapon.

To do this, you bring up your character sheet, right click the item, choose change appearance, then drag the item into the right box. Be warned that there is a pretty hefty AD cost to do this - about 60K ADs at level 60.

It's only l1 since it's only meant for transmutation purposes, not because it's 'common'. I do agree with transmutation costs being too high though. Not sure I'll ever use that feature. They will be lowering the costs but I don't think it'll be enough for me to ever consider it.

feels like they are just testing out peoples patience on bop items, for all i know im fed up running 20 runs with 20min waiting times just to get a single item, had it with these crappy runs who gives some of us no reward back but a boring 10 hour grind with not getting anything back in return-

The Orc Assault is not difficult, nor is it a lengthy instance. If you and your team advance to the Cloak Tower, there are 3 chests to be had there. I've gotten a good amount of R4 mods on most runs, as well as greater potions.

I do agree, however, that unless you're on a premade team, or are of one of the more in-demand classes, the wait can be long.

Actually, just to play devil's advocate for a minute here, I like the dyes and plan to use them for my CW (they're close to the color palette I had in mind for her gear). I don't have spare money to spend on the game and short play time makes it hard for me to earn AD quickly, so any time free dye comes up, I'm a happy clam.

That was my thought as well. While I love the idea of being able to do skirmishes one has missed, and hopefully there will be more like this, the idea that I have to pay 60k to use the reward makes it very much feel like a non-reward.

can anyone answer this, please? is it possible to get an Ioun Stone of Allure during a drop during this skirmish? I've had a few friends say they DID get one, most of the people in the Zone say it's a lie and impossible. I myself have only gotten the Dyes and the Axe so I am wondering if the Stone is really there or not. Also, what else drops, besides the Dyes and Axe, outside of Runestones/Enchantments?

Given the number of bugs in this game, I wouldn't say it as impossible (although I would ask them to link it of course!)

I very much doubt even if it does happen that it is intended since it makes no thematic sense.

As for other drops, you can get a Green Wolf companion (and apparently from some other posts some extra AD in addition to the 1K from doing it during 'Skirmish Hour'.)
