Well, i went to the market to the salvager NPC, and I cant seem to talk to him, i really wanted to try this option, I asked some pple in the zone chat, and they cant talk to him either or salvage stuff.

    You don't talk to him , go to the hammer table then right click the epic item you want to salvage and then you will see that there is a salvage option , the guy who you can talk to explains this if you bothered to read what he said ...

    My bad, thnx for the info :D

    Edit: Actually by the time I made this post, that like wizardy-look NPC wasn't there to explain what to do, only that dwarf guy doing magic to the sword lol and the anvil.
