Launcher and connection to server issues

This is my problem: I click on the game, the window opens, I log-in, then it tryes to connect to the server but most of the times it doesn't. When it successfully connects to the server, and after the "Cryptic" and "Neverwinter" screens I get stuck again to the loading screen (Protector's enclave). After 10-15 minutes (if the game loads successfully) I enter the game but I see everything frozen and if I try to move I get back to the same place every time. I tryed to uninstall and install again the game, I checked my connection (no problem with that I have 7Mbps). I could play about 2 weeks without problems, really nothing, then 3 days ago when I try to enter I experimented this. I'm getting out of my head to solve this problem.
