Call to Arms Frequency

I am VERY excited about this upcoming event, but I was wondering if there has been any indicator of how often these will happen? I like the many arrows skirmish but I look forward more to the black dragon event (though everything is gonna be nice for any level oriented content. Many thanks to cryptic for the GREAT idea.

    im hoping it will be on all the time but isnt it going to be on for the weekend only? it might be a timed event like GG is but that would just eugh >_< id have to uninstall
