I try logging into my account and It says I am sent an E-mail with a code in it. Yet I never receive any E-mail. I double check that I am using the right E-mail... I am. I check my Junk folder for misplaced E-mails... It's empty. I come on to this site to change my E-mail to a different. Another verification e-mail is sent to me E-mail to confirm this change. No E-mail is received.
Last time I created a post to try and get answers to this issue it got LOCKED. This only tells me that they have no Intention of helping one player. I have sent out E-mails again to Cryptic asking for assistance. I get replys back from those... But none at all from there automated E-mail system.

They completely ignore any ingame issues. I have never met anyone that has ever gotten a single reply from the GMs when they put in a ticket. Customer service in the game is nonexistent, and thats its best quality.

Take this as a wink of fate. Play something else and don't waste your time on this "game".
