BOTS, BOTS and more BOTS !!!

The bots in pvp are way out of hand. I just came from a match and every player on my team was a bot. Is there absolutely nothing that can be done about this other than us having to repeatedly send report after report. Why put it all on our end. There must be something that can be done to prevent them from being in the game to begin with. I've seen it done before in other games. Most people have lost hope in reporting as they see no change being done. In fact the bots are worse now than ever. I have leveled this character to level 43 almost exclusively in pvp and 90% of the matches contain bots. Thank you for your time.
