Undoing the appearance of item that was changed.

I have question, if you changed the appearance of item to look like another item, is there a way to undo it?

    I don't know of a way to undo it, but if nothing else I'm sure you could buy another of the original item and change your item's appearance to look like the original item again. Someone else might know more than I do.
