Keep Losing Mouse Look since 8/1/13 patch.

Have a Logitec G700 mouse (using it as USB, not wireless) and since the last patch, I keep losing "mouse look", i.e. when I move the mouse it does not turn the character. Anyone else get this problem?

I happened to needed to wipe my PC and reimage, so I did that and download a new Neverwinter install, mouse drivers, everthing...didn't fix it.
