Gateway "mouseover" looks like HAMSTER in IE10

Mouseover items in gateway looks really bad with IE10.
The mouseover windows popes up behind the regular page text and there are no borders or background filling.
Edit: Setting IE10 into compatibility View will only load the login page and fail on all other pages!
