founders pack

so I bought a founders pack, came with the ad and founders other bonus items and perks, got all of this on my first character when I made it. made a second character, that came with all the founders perks like the epic mount and panther but obviously not the ad. made a third account and got none of these things. it this a bug. I am pretty sure you should have founders items on all accounts that you create. I also purchased a feywild pack and I am wondering if I can get the unicorn on an account I already have or if I have to create a new account, and if I get unicorns on all my accounts. the information on the packs is extremely misleading. any help would be appreciated

    Um no, it's for one account per purchase.

    I mean how exactly are they even to know other accounts you created are even you to grant you such a privilege?

    Any items stated in the packs to be per character (mounts for instance) should be available to all characters. If a character is not receiving items they should be don't hesitate to file a support ticket. :)

    All founders pack items which are purchased can be claimed on preexisting characters. Just note that you may not want to claim certain items on certain characters (experience boosts wouldn't be overly useful on level 60 characters)

    EDIT - I just noticed you switched from using the word character to using the word account )thanks Axer). Founders Pack items are only available on the account which purchased it. If you make another account you will not receive any of the items.

    However each account may have up to 52 character slots (2 Free and 50 purchased) which will gain access to all per character items.

    You can reclaim all physical items such as mounts an boxes etc from the founders NPC directly opposite Sgt creed in protectors and u will usually get n email from level 4 onwards to also reclaim, but each alt has to be on the same account that you unlocked the founders on, no Zen or any cash ect gets reclaimed tho but you can move your Zen/dias around using the exchange
