All i can say is you focused too much on Critical. remember Critical and Armor Penetration have diminishing points. The bigger they get the lesser they give... i have 2400 Crit and my crit chance is 48%, 3% is insignificant for having 4000 Crit. While for Armor Pen 2300 is the optimum which will give 23% resistance Ignore, 3000 Armor Pen will give you 25%, so it means 2% is insignificant for 3k Armor Pen. and for Power well it has no diminishing points, it just goes bigger and bigger, but yes the damage it gives is not that big but still the difference between 4000 power and 6500 power is still very significant. and my recovery is 1900.
