So, I know these forums have a no naming and shaming rule, which I respect that. I just wanted to get some knowledgeable assistance on the correct way to report a bot and gold farmers and such. A mods help would be much appreciated.

New to the game? Check out my build guide to give you an idea on how to set up your characters!
and reporting them does what? Probly nothing make you feel better will they be back sure they will they use botz. Might be another account woohoo bot users dont care they can power lvl using the bot or if manual a week all it takes to get to 60 anyway.
So sure report them if it makes you feel better. Wont change the amount of botz users
And you confirmed them how? I would like to know because Cryptic cant do it so they might want to hire you since you found a way to do the job they still are trying to do
I've been in multiple PVP games starting at 10, and now in the 30's with two rogues that are clearly botting. They have the same pattern they run every time (Run to 2 and sometimes auto attack people). It's really annoying, it's basically like being down two people.

Report them in game or file a support ticket. The forums are never the right place to report suspicious behavior on any MMO.
ESC -> Request GM Help -> Behavior.
Thanks for taking the time to report people you suspect of botting. It is extremely helpful!

Not anything to do with you, but really...? I don't know... can't it be as simple as like Perfect World, just right click the accused and select "report player"? Players will just give up typing halfway when they got stuff to do ingame.
"Lucky" is the new FOTM.

Simpler would be better IMO but nothing I can do about that.
I simply suck at pvp, and when on my rogue I often just run towards 2 and start attacking, the same as most casuals, and since we all know TR is the best at pvp, some of these aren't really bots, just crappy players trying to get their daily pvp out of the way. Hope I don't get banned just for being bad and not caring if I win or lose so long as I get my AD.

Investigations of accused bots are very thorough and are more in depth than simply somebody not responding or doing mundane/repetitive tasks.

You can definitely tell the difference between a botter and someone who may not be very good at pvp. :-)
I have two characters which fall into that category. Am I a confirmed bot user or gold farmer?
Yes. /joke
Also it's extremely easy to identify bots in PvP.
Most of them use the same program & have several hilarious flaws.
For example:
They will follow you up the stairs towards the potion spawn but if you go out of view they head back towards mid.
Go back in view & they head back towards you.
Repeat to have them stuck on the stairs.
I've managed to keep 2+ bots stuck in limbo by simply doing that for the majority of the match.
They never use mounts even at level 60.
Not to mention they have the same pathetic skill rotation that makes it very easy to kite them, even as a melee character.
They always run the same inefficient run pattern towards mid instead of hugging the wall like people do. (Head towards their base cap then head down towards mid.)
